OVERVIEW
This Exchange Policy is applicable to all purchases made on the bllug website. Throughout this policy, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to bllug. By placing an order with us, you agree to this Exchange Policy, including all conditions, limitations, and procedures outlined below. This policy applies to all users of the website including browsers, customers, and purchasers. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this policy at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.
1. EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
At bllug, we currently offer exchange only for size-related issues. To qualify for an exchange:
- The request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused and unworn
- The product must be unwashed
- The product must be free from stains, odor, or damage
- The product must be returned with original tags, labels, and packaging intact
- The requested replacement size must be available in stock at the time of processing
Failure to meet any of the above conditions may result in rejection of the exchange request.
2. NON-EXCHANGEABLE CONDITIONS
- Change of mind or preference (design, color, fit expectation beyond sizing)
- Incorrect selection of product or size by the customer
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Missing original tags, packaging, or invoice
- Requests raised after the 7-day exchange window
- Items purchased during clearance, sale, or promotional events (if marked non-exchangeable)
3. FIRST WASH & FABRIC DISCLAIMER
Certain garments, especially dark or heavily dyed fabrics, may release mild color during the first wash or first few washes. This is a normal textile behavior and not considered a manufacturing defect. We strongly recommend washing separately during the first wash, avoiding harsh detergents, and following care instructions provided with the product. Exchanges will not be accepted for issues arising due to improper washing or fabric behavior after use.
4. EXCHANGE REQUEST PROCESS
To initiate an exchange, follow the steps below:
- Email us at blog.fashion@gmail.com
- Include the following details: Order ID, Registered email or phone number, Product name, Requested size for exchange, Reason for exchange
- Attach clear images of the product (if requested)
- Wait for confirmation from our support team
- Once approved, you will receive instructions regarding pickup or return shipment
5. REVERSE SHIPPING & LOGISTICS
If your location is serviceable, we may arrange a reverse pickup. If not serviceable, you will be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse. Important notes:
- Shipping charges may apply
- bllug is not responsible for lost shipments during self-return
- bllug is not responsible for delays caused by courier services
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
6. QUALITY INSPECTION PROCESS
All returned products undergo a strict quality check upon arrival. Outcomes:
- Approved → Exchange is processed and replacement dispatched
- Rejected → Product is shipped back to the customer
Products failing quality checks will not be eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
7. EXCHANGE FULFILLMENT
Exchanges are processed only after successful inspection. Replacement dispatch is subject to size availability and operational timelines. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit or an alternate solution may be offered at our discretion.
8. LIMITATION OF EXCHANGE
Only one exchange per order is allowed. Exchanges cannot be converted into refunds. Exchange requests cannot be modified once approved.
9. CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
Once an exchange request has been approved and processed, it cannot be canceled or altered. Any further requests will be treated as a new case under policy terms.
10. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
bllug shall not be held liable for delays caused by logistics partners, incorrect address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability at the time of pickup/delivery.
11. FRAUD & ABUSE
We reserve the right to deny exchanges in cases of suspected misuse, block accounts engaging in repeated or fraudulent claims, and take necessary legal action where applicable.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Exchange Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Courts of Karnataka, India.
